By accessing and placing an order with WearDaily.In (a brand of Shounak Multiverse LLP), you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and WearDaily.In.

2. Products

All products displayed on WearDaily.In are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible; however, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
  • We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallet payments.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available.
  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized payment activity is detected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping partner. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. For full details, see our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on WearDaily.In — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of WearDaily.In and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

WearDaily.In shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
