Return & Exchange Policy

7-Day Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Beyond this window, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges.

Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • ✓ Product received is damaged or defective
  • ✓ Wrong product or wrong size delivered
  • ✓ Product is significantly different from what was shown on the website
  • ✓ Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

NOT Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • ✗ Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • ✗ Products without original tags or packaging
  • ✗ Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • ✗ Returns requested after the 7-day window

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at shounakmultiverse@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review and approve your request within 24–48 hours.
  3. Once approved, you'll receive instructions for shipping the product back.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

  • • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • • Shipping charges for returns may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • • Exchange is subject to product availability.
