How Returns Work

Initiate within 3 days of delivery
Raise a return request via your account or WhatsApp. Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact.

Pickup is scheduled
Our courier partner picks up the package from your address.

Pickup agent verifies condition
The agent inspects the product at the time of collection.

Credits added in 24 hrs
On successful verification, store credit equal to the product value is added to your account.
Using Your Credits
- • View your credit balance in My Account.
- • At checkout, request a discount code equal to your credit balance.
- • Apply the code on the Shopify checkout page to deduct from your order total.
- • Unused credits expire 90 days after the return was initiated.
Not Eligible
- • Used or washed items
- • Missing tags or original packaging
- • Damaged due to misuse
- • Requests raised after the 3-day window
